With only a logo and colour palette provided, the challenge was to build a cohesive visual system that could compete with Melbourne’s leading real estate agencies. I developed a structured yet flexible design approach, working within a strict grid system while introducing slightly more alternative layouts to create distinction without compromising readability.
Consistently referring back to the brand values, bold, confident, concise, modern, and edgy, I created marketing materials that balanced visual impact with functionality. I paid particular attention to typography hierarchy and use of space so the designs felt premium and self-assured. The result is a confident, contemporary visual identity that elevates Cercle’s presence in a crowded market while reinforcing its position as a refined, all-encompassing property brand.
