Description
A brand refresh of the MnK Real Estate, the Real Estate division of MnK Niseko focusing on updating the brand guidelines and using this to develop a range of content from property documents to social media to brochures. In addition to this, I was updating property content using a DJI Phantom Pro 4 drone and other devices.

Problems & Solutions
As there is a competitive property market in Niseko, I had to make MnK Real Estate's visual identity stand out and ensure the property content boasted of the area’s natural beauty. To get the best possible photographs of the properties I had to master flying the drone and get familiar with the company cameras. The drone gives you tools to get the angles which show the surrounding landscapes around the properties.
When developing the featured property document, one of the design challenges I faced was creating a map for each property. I found an online software that allowed me to customise maps, I took the main brand colours plus some accent colours and created 2 annotated maps. I think this could have gone better if the team had a bit of budget, so I could have invested in better map software.
