Description

Ènvoque is a bold, design-led real estate company based in Lake Macquarie, New South Wales. The client approached me with a clear mission: to ignite a cultural shift in real estate, transforming transactions into an art form where every experience is curated, personal, and unforgettable.


As the Director described:
“We are bold, refined, and intentional. We carry presence. Every detail is considered, every interaction curated. We are unapologetically stylish, distinctly modern, and we deliver a seamless, personalised experience that elevates the journey, from first glance to final handshake.”

The challenge was to create a brand identity that broke the mould while remaining versatile enough to be applied seamlessly across all marketing collateral.

Problems & Solutions

Ènvoque operates across three sectors: Residential, Commercial, and Property Management. Each sector needed its own distinctive look while still feeling part of a unified brand. I solved this by introducing a marble texture for each sub-brand, a visual cue that communicates the company’s refined, stylish nature. Each marble pattern was paired with a tailored colour palette, broken into three tones that contrasted elegantly with both white and dark charcoal to maintain brand cohesion.

As the brand approached launch, the supplied agent photography did not match the high-end aesthetic we were building. To address this, I extensively retouched the images, crafting bespoke backgrounds for each sector so agents could be clearly linked to their division. Using Photoshop blend modes, layered textures, and subtle shadows, I created backdrops with depth and character that complemented, rather than overshadowed, the agents’ personalities.
